Thank you for your commitment to providing access to vaccines in your area. The toolkit is for use for those who have received a Vaccine Ambassador ID, completed the Community Worker Survey and have completed the training.
If you have not done this yet please go to the BECOME A VACCINE AMBASSADOR page and fill out the interest form.
This project focuses on seniors in the following counties:
Alabama: Barbour, Etowah, Lowndes, Perry and Pickens
Mississippi: Forrest, Issaquena, Kemper, Montgomery, Quitman and Wayne
Our toolkit has been build to focus on this age bracket and these locations.
